| Kip Deeds currently lives and works in Newtown PA. He received a B.F.A. from Temple University in Philadelphia and an M.F.A. in visual arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001. During the 2009-2010 academic year, Deeds studied web design and print design at Bucks County Community College. Among other institutions, Kip has taught visual arts at Princeton University, The University of Pennsylvania, and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Deeds has exhibited his artwork nationally and has presented work in nine solo exhibits since 2001. The Philadelphia Weekly and the Philadelphia Inquirer reviewed his 2007 exhibit at the Philadelphia Art Alliance. His work is included in the permanent collections of the Newark Museum in New Jersey and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. |
